Sheikh Shaban Ramadhan Mubaje, the Mufti of
Uganda has hosted a delegation of Egyptian Investors led by Dr. Alaa El Essawy,
the Executive Director of the International Federation of Businessmen &
Arab Investors.
The visit, coinciding with an International
Summit in Uganda, commenced with a warm welcome at the UMSC headquarters by
Hon. Hadji Abbas Ssekyanzi Muluubya, the UMSC Secretary General, and his
Deputy, Haj Muhammad Ali Aluma.
Following their arrival, the delegation
participated in the Friday congregational Prayers at the National Mosque.
The group engaged in discussions with the
Mufti, covering various topics such as cooperation, support for community
social transformation programs, and economic opportunities. The discussions
concluded with plans to elevate the collaboration to the formal level,
culminating in the signing of a memorandum of understanding in the near future.
